In collaboration with the creative agency Charles & Charlotte, I created a series of animated commercials for Fraenk, a mobile phone brand with a bold Gen Z voice. The campaign included CTV spots and social media ads – all crafted in a deliberately raw, lo-fi style inspired by 90s internet culture.
The animations embraced the aesthetic of early web GIFs and glitchy VHS overlays, combining vibrant colors, pixel art, and playful motion. Designed for maximum scroll-stopping power, the visuals translated effortlessly across formats like Instagram, TikTok, and Connected TV.
Working closely with the agency team, I brought their concepts to life through custom motion design, hand-crafted transitions, and animated type – all with that sweet spot of intentional imperfection.
